Returns for damaged items

If your goods arrive damaged please let us know as soon as possible, the return of damaged goods must be requested within seven days of you receiving your purchase.

Returns for change of mind

Returns for change of mind must start within 14 days of the date of shipment

Please note Barbarella Boutique does not offer a refund for change of mind, However, we may offer a credit voucher or exchange.

In the case of change of mind returns the exchange or credit will not include the cost of shipping and handling charges, and these could be charged at the time of return or deducted from a credit voucher or the exchange value should we decide to offer one.

The exchange or credit voucher will be issued when Barbarella Boutique receives the goods in their original condition, this must include original packaging where applicable and be within the 14-day return period
